Hall Bookings

Our Lady Queen of Heaven is fortunate to have a large hall at its disposal.

The Parish Hall is available to hire for charity events and private functions. It can seat between 80 – 100 people.  There is a kitchen attached to the hall that is also available for hire.

The costs of hire are as follows:

Monday – Friday

Morning 9-12 noon £35.00

Afternoon 1-4pm £35.00

Evening 5-11.30pm £75.00

Saturday

Morning 9-12 noon £35.00

Afternoon 1-5pm £35.00

Evening 7-11.30pm £75.00

Sunday

Afternoon 1-5pm £35.00

Evening 7-11.30pm £75.00

Use of Kitchen included in cost

Cleaning Deposit £50.00

All sessions require a key/cleaning deposit. This is accepted in the form of a separate cheque and is used to cover breakages, loss of keys and the cost of a cleaner should one be necessary following your event.

All cheques are to be made payable to Our Lady Queen of Heaven Church.
